Their homes are beautiful and built With great quality but once our paperwork was signed and we got our keys the circus began. Their warranty department is absolutely horrid. I hate leaving bad reviews and I’m very understanding but after SIX months of being given the runaround IM FURIOUS and done being patient. According to a lot of our neighbors we aren’t the only ones! Please do your research prior to purchasing thru R&R unless you plan to fix everything yourself. The Grotkopfs
