“I was a new patient at Kenmore last summer in 2023, Dr Kenmore was great. I initially ordered a glasses frame that unfortunately would break 2x between July and December last year that was just a defective frame. First time the ladies were courteous enough to order me a new frame in the same pair. Unfortunately this frame also broke again. Ultimately I ended up having to get a whole different frame from a different brand free of charge, they were very patient with me & laid back about it all and never hesitated to replace my frames.
