“I love that the clinic has long hours seven days a week. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
Although the clinic only had one or two waiting in the reception area, and I was taken back to an examine room rather quickly, it was still an hour wait before the doctor or PA was able to visit with me. However, it did seem that they had several exam rooms, so my wait could be explained if they were all occupied.

I do expect to wait at an urgent care clinic, especially one that is “no-appointment”. I was just surprised it took so long after I was taken back to a room. At my age, towards the end of my wait, I had to ask how long because I needed to go to the ladies room and I didn’t want to miss the doctor LOL!

All-in-all though, the clinic is one I would recommended. I was pleased with tue service.“

“I was recently taken to the emergency room at Integris South with Covid and spent 3 days on the 6th floor. From the Dr's in the ER to the nurses and staff on 6th floor I was treated with respect and compassion. “I’ve been dealing with an upper respiratory issue for several days and decided to go to Access Medical on South Western in Oklahoma City. It is Sunday morning and I booked it online which was fast and easy. When I arrived I was met by very friendly staff member. Waited just a couple of minutes before being called to the back by the nurse. Nurse was also very friendly and took my vitals. She also asked if I wanted to be tested for Covid and flu. I opted to take the tests. PA Aaron came in for the examination. Test results were negative. He was very friendly, thorough and explained I had an upper respiratory problem. He prescribed my medication, care plan and I was on my way home within 30 minutes. This is the second time this year to have health issues. I highly recommend this clinic.“

“I met Dr. Wright at a networking event. I was at a point in my life where I was tired of every doctor wanting to give me multiple prescriptions instead of trying to really get to the root of my symptoms. I was so tired of feeling like just a number. Other physicians shuttle you through appointments quickly and they are bound by insurance guidelines to follow basic protocols, so they never really have the time or the ability to really listen to you and treat you. Dr. Wright always listens to my concerns and answers my questions. She is very personable and easy to talk with. “Other than the dental department and wound care, I have always received great care from the VA. I recently received a colonoscopy. The TV in the prep room was on Fox News. One of the nurses came in and stated loudly that Fox News shouldn't be on this TV. She quickly changed the channel. To MSNBC. Probably the most one sided, most slanted, most inaccurate news outlets their is in the USA.“

“Great Doctors who are very experienced really know how to get to the root cause of what is causing your back pain. I was losing sleep with the amount of pain I had in my back and they had me pain free in about 6 appointments and I’ve been pain free in my back for a year now. The people are very nice and definitely not racist as one person recently said.“
