An accident at school left our son with a significant corneal abrasion. After a visit to the ER, we still needed the expert opinion of a specialist. Dr. Ott and Dr. Massengale fit us in quickly to lend their expertise, prescribed a routine specific to our son's needs, dressed the wound, and followed up with multiple visits over the next week to monitor progress. Our son is now fully healed with no signs of a prior injury. Thank you to the office of Dr. Massengale and his excellent team!
We absolutely love these folks! The attention to detail is beyond amazing. From walking in at the front desk, to seeing doc, checking out and leaving again- there is always a smile, 'hi how are you', and 'thank you'. The staff is genuine, polite and respectful. Dr Massengale and Jason O. always take their time with explanations tied to what they find/see and the reason for your visit.
My daughters nurse, my special needs daughter, and my dad are all patients here. We wouldn't dare go anywhere else!
It's a great family friendly staff, they are great with kids and very thorough with exams and explaining all information.
