After over 10 years of bringing my family of 9 to your office, we are parting ways and finding a new eye doctor. i had an appointment this morning at 9:10. today is Monday, I went to start my car and be on my way, nope, car wont start. called to reschedule only to be told I would pay a $45 no show fee. But I called to reschedule as soon as I knew I said. the response I was given was that I didnt give 24 hour notice. well first of all yesterday was Sunday and secondly, my car was running fine when I parked it yesterday. I have spent TONS of money there over the last 10+ years. But I promise, I will not be paying a $45 no show fee and will take our business elsewhere.
