JT has been really great through this whole process... and it WAS a process. He took a lot of the burden of calling and dealing with the insurance company, which he deserves a nice little bonus for because they were definitely hard to deal with. He took the time to come out when we needed him, explained everything that we had questions about, and even hooked us up on other work that was needing done. Professionally, this guy is a ROCK STAR. Personally, he's a NICE GUY. He is personable, helpful, and will go the extra for you. You don't see that often anymore. 5-Star all the way!! ---Also, Mallard Roofing did a great job. We had two lovely you men to check our roof today as this company had put a new roof on our home in Nov 2022 when we moved here from San antonio in Aug 2022. Mr Brown put on a beautiful new roof on the home we purchased that Nov 2022. We are very satisfied with this company and you will be too!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jayden. We had a difficult process dealing with the insurance on our claim but Jayden did a fantastic job handling all the details. He went above and beyond to get the job completed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Mallard Roofing for any roofing needs and Jayden in particular.
