Went in this morning for my initial visit. This is the beginning of a lot of work I need done to correct my smile. The entire staff was amazing!!! They didn't make me feel bad about my current dental health and built a whole plan to accommodate my specific needs. I feel confident in the care that I will receive and am looking forward to working with this team to help achieve my goals.
You have to pay before any service, if you need anything else done they come to your chair and make you pay right in the chair. Double booked my appointment so my 1:45 ended up being a 3:00 appointment. Would have been nice to get a call letting me know or reschedule so I wouldn’t have had to miss as much work.Didn’t have any problem with the dentist or hygienist, good chair side manners.Works in a pinch but will be looking for a different dentist.
I absolutely love my dentist and her staff. I had a problem with my insurance and they helped me with it. My dentist is so gentle and understanding. my dentist name is Mattie and she will be my permanent dentist from now on. she is awesome
