Great clips has improved in it's employee pool quite a bit in just the couple of years I have been getting my hair cut here. I'm always greeted at the door, and always asked if I pre-registered my name online. Upon my turn to get my hair cut, greeted yet again. At that time, they have already looked up my name and found a memo that tells them what I normally get done to my hair. Each one of them friendly and making small talk about family, plans, weather, whats going on at work, ect. Ect. Very nice people. They are always attentive, and cut your hair with efficiently. Ask for Sierra. She has a very contagious enthusiasm that is a joy to be around. She does a fantastic job, but more importantly she took her time and payed attention to the small details in order to get my hair right. A lot of times at other locations it felt like they were trying to clear the seat for the next customer as fast as possible. I did NIT get that feeling here.

We go about every 2weeks to take my boys and always use Kat she's wonderful and always a smile and happy to cut there hair...
