Jacob Strutton's service was amazing. He came out and diagnosed my non-cooling issue and clearly provided us with multiple choices to rectify the situation. Each option was detailed and well thought out. I appreciated his vast knowledge of the interoperability of different older units such as mine and how to proceed forward.

Very courteous and professional. Asked lots of questions and found the problem very quickly. He advised me of a repair that might be helpful. But when discovered the root cause and repaired the problem he dismissed it as only should I need to replace in future. Thank you again for your services.
