I went there looking for something to help with acne scars and a really sweet employee (sadly don't know her name) helped me pick something and even asked about my daily routine to help me.

The sales people were extremely nice and helpful. I didn't find everything I was looking for, they were kind enough to send me to a place that had what I wanted. Positive experience.

i don’t normally write reviews and i debated on whether or not i should write this one but i felt it was too important to not write about. i have been coming to this ulta for a few years now, and everyone there is normally really polite and helpful. however, there is an employee there who has consistently been the opposite. she’s a short white woman with long colored hair and glasses who i believe is named hannah, and i have watched her many times be extremely nice to other white customers. she will talk to them about the credit card, be nice and friendly, normal customer service. when it comes to me or other black customers though, the energy is not the same. i wanted...read full review
