I had a Door Dash order come up for here. I don't know the first thing about makeup and these ladies went above and beyond. Literally walked around getting the items with me. If it wasn't on the shelf they looked elsewhere but found all the items. Customer Service is top here.
I recently decided at 41 to so some self care ant the request of my daughter. I had no idea what I was doing in Ulta but I was met with kindness and understanding. The knowledge that the workers had was vast and was helpful, especially Savannah. She is absolutely amazing. She is my hair savior Thank you Ulta and more so Savannah
I went in for a haircut and ended up getting a really bad cut but I went back and everyone from management to the stylist Cara were amazing! Cara took the time to fix the mistake made by another stylist (not naming names because she was very sweet just not good with curly hair) I really love my hair now and will be back to see Cara for all my hair needs!!
