Ordered online got what I ordered although I had to wait to pick my order up when there was a manager and another employee talking behind the counter and another lady in line that was taking a while. They didn't say hi or acknowledge my existence. I worked at Ulta and I know they know better.
I had an amazing experience at Ulta thanks to Ariana. As a darker-skinned woman, it can be tough to find someone who truly understands how to match my skin tone—but Ariana absolutely nailed it. She helped me find the perfect foundation match and also gave me a beautiful full-face look while teaching me step-by-step how to apply everything.
