Kathy is one of the best sales opticians I have ever encountered. She is professional, warm, and understanding. Getting glasses can sometimes feel overwhelming and throw insurance coverage and I was nervous. I had such a pleasant experience. Next time you go to Pearle Vision ask for her. If you find yourself in a conversation with Jorge, he has great hospitality. I wouldn’t visit another location even if someone paid me.
