Asked to do a job they were all good with it and the website says they do this and they have pricing, after they asked me for images i could not provide they declined the job. I provided all needed details she even asked me if it was push bar or had holes cause they would need to know if they needed to bring tools with them.They tried to say they do not cut holes in the door for new lock additions.WEBISITE SAYS LOCK INSTALLED WITH OUT PRE CUT HOLES $45and FREE ESTIMATESI offered to pay $35 service fee to take a closer look they declined.If you don't want to serve us just say so don't blatantly lie.It's shame cause we have an ongoing need for a locksmith... read full review
