Ive been going to Nails 2k off and on for around 15 years. Ill go for a while, usually a year or two because i don't like change and almost every time, there would be something wrong with what I got. I usually would never say anything because when i did, i was made to feel stupid. I stopped going maybe 6 months after they reopened for covid. I like the tips that curve and I can never find them anywhere but this salon. For the last few times i got them, they would mix the curved tips with straight tips and it looked ridiculous. Clean, relaxing environment. Great customer service experience. Excellent clean up after nail service. I enjoyed the massage on my hands. I have natural nails and received awesome care. They also do eye brows and peddies. I definitely will return.
I’ve been coming here for years and I never leave disappointed. Today was no exception. I got the deluxe pedicure, and a custom acrylic summer nail design. Phillip hand painted and airbrushed my nails and they turned out better than imagined. This set may be my absolute favorite 🤩
