Everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous. I went in to confirm whether or not my finger was broken. The doctor was very thorough despite having multiple patients and having to pause mid-consultation with me to handle a situation in another room. She remained professional and made sure that I received the care I needed as well. After confirming my finger did indeed have a fracture, I would say she went the extra mile by referring me to a hand surgeon and marking it as urgent. I was scheduled the following week! I would definitely come back for any future issues.
