Jennifer was phenomenal!!!! She helped us in an emergency cut and color. She was presented with a challenge of an at home bleach fail and handled it beautifully and professionally!!!! Her attention to detail and careful foil and color placement to protect the integrity of my daughter’s hair was above and beyond what was needed. We are beyond grateful for the amazing job she did (she even provided chicken nuggets while she waited) and worked well past close so she could start her first day of school looking even more beautiful!!! Thank you so much Jennifer for the spectacular job you did and working so hard for my daughter, it was a blessing indeed!!
Mackenzie gave me a great haircut for my hair type. She was able to interpret what I wanted to lighten up my thick hair without too many layers to avoid making it look choppy. She loves to color hair and has given me money pieces. I rely on her expertise for color and cut. She spares no expense at the shampoo bowl making sure my hair is treated well.
McKenzie is ready for me when my appointment time is set to and I haven't had to wait yet. I understand this might happen, but hasn't happened to me yet. She is very responsive when I inquire about appointments and ballpark prices.
