I have been with alcom security for over 2 years before and they were a natural choice when I moved elsewhere and was looking for a reliable security system. Service is top notch, response times has been great - they do their best to address any issues quickly. Highly recommend them, I also like to support local companies so this was a plus too!

Technicians were great and knowledgeable. Process went smoothly. The reason a star was deducted is no one came to Preview my home before installation making the process longer than needed .

I had been with ADT for about 20 years.every year the price went up and service got worse. Thank God I switched to Alcom. Great service great price expert installation friendly staff.A live person actually answers the phone when you call.
