I’m having problems with an injury I sustained from moving some furniture. The doctor put my mind at ease, by telling me all I needed was to rest the arm completely and don’t use it for a few days. I’m a workaholic so even with the injury I was still using it with the pain thinking that’s the way to work it out, 😄, so, I’m taking the doctor’s advice and rest. I want to thank you all at access medical for making this whole experience comfortable and at ease.
The check-in process took a little longer but I did change my appointment from noon to like a walk-in so that's probably why. The the person that take your vitals was very fast and got me in a room after I had waited in the waiting room for about an hour. Then I was in and out within 25 minutes being in the back. So the doctor that was on call that day was very thorough. Very nice. Very polite. Got me in and out and knew exactly what I needed
All of the staff and medical professionals were very kind and friendly, even when we showed up at 7:50pm and they close at 8pm! We were in and out - extremely grateful for their help!
