It's difficult to find a therapist who is a good match so my review may not apply to your experience. I feel she is a very intuitive listener and catches onto things I didn't even realize I was saying. Different aspects that my sentence was not focused on, she catches and understands more than I do despite my overthinking on situations. I feel she cares about being good at her job and not just doing a job to collect a paycheck. This is a small local busines so becoming a client might be difficult. EMDR therapy is new to me but seems effective.
