I honestly don’t even know where to start, NEO Ortho has become so much more than just a place I go for treatment. It’s like family. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt cared for, not just as a patient but as a person. The clinic is clean and welcoming, but it’s the people who make it truly special. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with a smile and a warm “welcome home,” and that’s exactly how it feels, like coming home. They don’t just ask about my back; they ask how I’m doing, really doing. They listen, they care, and they remember. That means more than words can express. In a world where healthcare can often feel rushed or impersonal, NEO Ortho stands out as a place filled with heart. I feel heard, seen, and valued every single visit. They’ve made such a difference in my life, and I’ll never forget the kindness and compassion they’ve shown me. To everyone there, (especially Jarrett, Nick and Seth), thank you. You are the reason people find hope in healing. This is exactly why you chose this work, and please know it matters more than you’ll ever realize.
A few years ago, I found myself nearly immobile after back surgery—getting by with a walker and unsure if I’d ever walk freely again. My primary care physician recommended physical therapy, and that’s when I met the team at NEO Orthopedics & Rehabilitation, in Miami, OK. From the very first session, Jarrett, Jamie, Nic, Kailey, and many others welcomed me with encouragement, expertise, and a kind of quiet determination that gave me the confidence to keep going. Over the course of two to three years, they didn’t just help me regain mobility—they helped me reclaim my life. During our sessions, I often talked about how much I missed riding my bicycle, how it had always been my way to relax and feel free. When my doctor finally said I no longer needed PT, I thought that chapter had closed. But a week later, I got a call from the clinic saying they had something of mine. I walked in to find the whole team gathered around a Schwinn Meridian tricycle. They said, “This is yours. We knew how much you missed biking, so we arranged this for you.” That moment floored me. Their gesture wasn’t just generous—it was deeply personal. It showed how much they listened, how much they cared, and how committed they were to helping me not just heal, but thrive. It’s been several months since then, and I feel great. I’m back to riding, back to living, and I owe it all to the incredible people at NEO Orthopedics & Rehabilitation,. I recommend them with every ounce of gratitude I have. They don’t just treat patients—they restore lives.
NEO orthopedics has been nothing but amazing. From the front desk help to the physical therapist, they’re all amazing. I have personally worked with Jarrett and Nick and have got the best possible results. I came to them with zero mobility in my foot after a traumatic injury and surgery. I am a couple weeks away from finishing up my physical therapy and I have gained almost all my mobility back in my leg and foot. They have put in the sweat with me to get me where I am today. There was a time I wondered if I’d ever get feeling and mobility back, but I am so so happy to say because of them, I did!!
