I received immediate service when I entered the WAV11 shop. The individual who waited on me listened carefully to me as I described the problems I was having with my laptop computer. She then took the computer and plugged it in so she could analyze the problems. It took her about 5 minutes to diagnose and fix the problems. She then shut the computer down and handed it back to me. She explained how I could correct the problems if they occurred again in the future. I reached into my wallet to pay for services and she refused payment. Wave11 helped me choose the right thing to do without charging me. I bought a cheap laptop and said it would cost more to repair than it was really worth. I totally agreed, then they helped me understand what to look for when picking out my new one.

I have a small photography business and had two of my external hard drives quit. One of them was backed up but for some reason the other one wasn't. I was so worried that I had lost all of those images but Britton was able to recover all my data. Thank you Kyle and your team at WAV11. You guys are great!
