Terrible, just terrible. Unprofessional, not thorough, not specific, right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Obviously uncaring in my experience. A waste of my time and money, I wish I had never been referred there. They come off as very elitist to me. Your just another number type situation if you ask me.
Like every medical facility, they can give you the run around. But most of the time this place is straightforward and simple to navigate. Mix that with a staff that’s filled with lovely people and you’ll rarely have a problem here. Shout out to the delightful people in labs!
My family's experience with Jeffrey Benson, NP has been wonderful. He and his nurse are caring, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. They have helped with applications for Handicap Placard, letters of referral, all in a timely manner. And still had time to show genuine interest in the insignia on your ballcap.
