Luker Heat & Air provides very professional and efficient service, with quick responses for both home and church HVAC problems. Their technicians are polite, respectful, and kind, and they solve problems quickly, often in less than 20 minutes. Customers appreciate the text updates on arrival times, reasonable prices, and the company’s willingness to answer questions patiently. Service has been consistently great since 2011, with no reason to complain about the service or prices. The AC has been working like a charm, and the company even arrived two days earlier, which was a wonderful surprise. Customers will definitely use them in the future.
We started using Luker's in 2011. Jordan was very nice and his prices were good. When we got a new house in 2013 and needed an upgrade on our air we called him and once again he took care of our needs and has been great every time we've had a problem. Our AC went out last night and they were here this morning getting it fixed. In 15 years we've never had a reason to complain about the service we've received or the prices we've been charged.
Great people! When I spoke with Jordan to get the system and set the appointment knew his stuff and took care of us quickly! Quinton Gordon and his crew were very respectful of my house and cleaned up when they were done and so far we have been thrilled with our unit. 5 stars in my book.
