FloodSERV
“I have a second home on Lake Eufaula. Connection lines from the out side water supply to the line that was connected to my washer machine in the laundry room came apart.
I was not at the house when this happened. Fortunately I needed an air-conditioner repair before 15 people showed up for Labor Day weekend. When the A/C repair went into the house there was 2 inches of water in the house along with 300 gallons of water in the heat/air vents in the floor. The AC man got the water turned off. This was about 10am the Thursday before Labor Day weekend.
I called Floodserve that was recommended to me by my niece and my brother who live in Eufaula. Both had had water issues in their homes in the past. Both said that Floodserve was great and said how wonderful Mandy and Mo were to work with. They were at my house on Lake Eufaula by 11:30am starting the process of removing all the water , the carpets, the baseboards, the sheet rock. I do not know how long it took them to do all of the above.
But Mo, Mandy, and Casey were more than kind, patient, and helpful to me every time I called to ask additional questions, etc.
I waited for 1 week after they put in all their fans and equipment to dry everything out before I left OKC to head to the lake. Casey met me at the house and was so kind to show me everything they did and why they had to do all the things they had to do.
I would HIGHLY recommend Floodserve in McAlester, OK any time you might need their service!
