They went above and beyond to help me out with my 12yo Goodman communicating unit. No sales pitch, no pressure, just open and honest communication on how to get it working and in perfect order.
Professional! Set appt with me & followed up to let me know arrival time & were right on schedule. Very polite, competent & courteous. Even though we live outside of the 60 mile service area, it is worth the extra trip charge to have Blackburn Plumbing take care of our plumbing. Timothy did a great job.
If you want a plumber who can look a clogged drain in the eye and say not today satan, theses are your people. they showed up faster than my kids run when i open a bag of chips. fixed the issue, didnt judge me for the creative things they found in the pipes and even laughed at my terrible jokes! 10/10 would let them plunge my problems away again.
