“Our air conditioner broke down a week ago and we weren't able to get the regular company out until Monday. It broke down again last night and we called everyone. Most companies weren't open again until Monday morning, some advertised that they are open 24/7, but then either the phone would not be answered or an answering service would answer but no one would call you back. We called Borski and they were extremely responsive and the gentleman was out within 40 minutes, fixed and cleaned our unit, and was on his way. I also asked him to give me a quote for a new A/C unit and he said my unit was very good even though it was aging, and recommended that we not get one until next year at least. He just seemed like a very down to earth, honest person and I would be happy to do business with them again, though we obviously hope we don't have a breakdown again! We were so very grateful that he took time out of his weekend for us on the hottest day of the year thus far.“

“This isn’t a business review per say...These guys are the newest company driving down our country dirt road these days. Most of the drivers that come through here drive too fast and ignore our stop sign.I walk my road every morning, while many companies are driving to whatever site they are working on for the day. The guys from Ag & Oil are the only ones that slow down well before they cross my path. They are the only ones that don’t hit their air brakes and dust me as I walk by their trucks. They have consistently been the most considerate drivers on our road. To top it off, when the kids in our 5 home neighborhood are out playing, they slow down to well below the speed limit...even when the kids are nowhere near the street.I think consistent, courteous behavior in a rural neighborhood really speaks to the ethics that this company and its employees have.
