Mike Simpson is not a trustworthy person. He charged $8000 to replace my home floor $2000 to fix the windows. He didn't complete the job, he took the money and stopped responding to my texts & calls. Windows may leak, the floor may pop up, toilets may leak the water within a couple of days. All three things happened at my house within a week. He gave 10 years warranty for the floor he installed, He didn't bother to fix the popped up floor after a week. Make sure to hold the payment until he finishes the work. Never make full payment until first rain, or one month use (floor or toilet). Make sure to get the written warranty and guaranty before you hand over... read full review
