My wife and I had the pleasure of starting to work with Catherine and then working with Crystal Hall. Crystal is a phenomenal realtor and really takes the time to listen to your needs and wants in a house. After showing us multiple houses and answering a thousand questions at all hours of the day we finally settled on a home in Elgin. Crystal made herself readily available for any questions or concerns we had. During our inspections of the home she stayed on top of the sellers agent and held them accountable for any discrepancy’s with the home, such as not having repairs done on time or letting the sellers leave the house in disgust. It's been almost two weeks since closed on our first home ever. We started working with Catherine, who started our home buying process. She showed us many houses as we were trying to find what we wanted for our family. We were getting close to do our pre-approval when Catherine had to step away for personal reasons, so she sent us Crystal. We knew what we wanted in a home, and Crystal delivered.
