Twice as much as another company which is local. Extra charges as well, including removal of a garage door spring. However, I found out that this company in Lawton may be going out of business. Phone disconnected [December 6, 2022].

Paid for a service call to have a spring replaced 6/11/21. Still no spring as of 3/25/22. Every time I call, I get "all springs are on backorder." If this is true, how are they still in business?

I ordered a garage door from Overhead Door last April(2021). I waited almost a year and no door. When I called I was told there was a steel shortage and they were having a hard time getting material, they also told me there was a price increase after waiting almost a year. I told them that it would only be right to honor estimates made before the increase, but they wouldn't. I'm not saying that Overhead is a bad company but this was my first and last experience with them. I wouldn't give them any stars but I have to give at least one.
