Ka'Neisha (Sales Manager) and her associate (I am so sorry I can't remember your name) were both absolutely fabulous!! Professional, expedient, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient!! Most importantly, both ladies were friendly and funny!! My husband and I were both taken care of and are very happy with our visit. From the initial screenings, thru the eye exam, to the final decisions on the Eyewear, everything was explained and carried out without any problems or confusion. I ordered my glasses through the Stanton app. Which I will never do again, I had so much trouble getting my glasses until I talked with Ka’Neisha at the Lawton location on Sheridan. GUYS she cut my glasses in store and refused to let me wait any longer even though none of this was her fault. She was kind, patient and extremely helpful. I highly recommend having her help you guys! She did me a huge favor when she didn’t even have to and it meant so much to me. I CAN SEEEE thanks to Miss lovely Ka’Neisha ❤
I am so happy! My glasses have been broke for months u til I walked in and Shelby let me know I had a year warranty and Madison fixed my glasses right away and they were so sweet and so welcoming and made my day so much brighter. I can see and hear now lol
