Derek Lemos came out and took a satellite dish off my house. Although the job was small, he stayed in touch with me and let me know when they would be out and did a great job in a timely manner for a fair price. I will definitely be contacting him for any future roofing needs that I might have!
Lemos’s crew topped off our attic insulation. The did a great job and on time. In today’s world both are almost no existent. Very pleased with their work and expertise. I am see a roughly 6-10% reduction in my electricity usage during the peak usage hours 2pm -7pm. I would highly recommend!
Derek was phenomenal from the moment he quoted us. He gave us the hard truth on necessary work but gave a great price to fix it. His crew showed up the very next week and were excellent in craftsmanship and were great to my inquisitive kiddos. Thank y'all so much for the work and service!
