I had an excellent experience with the hail damage repair on my pickup. The customer service was awesome from start to finish — friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The turnaround time was quick, and they kept me updated throughout the process. My truck looks amazing, and you can’t even tell there was damage. I talked to Bobby Joe and we shook hands. They made my truck look like it did when it was new. They painted the bed sides and sprayed in bedliner. I was very impressed. Good work for a good price, rare these days! Thanks!
I couldn't ask for better service from the time I walked in till they called me to pick up. My insurance company had me go get an estimate which I did the following tuesday I decided to take my car here. We called to get the payment sent here and I found out my car was totaled I about lost it. Not knowing what I was going to do. But Bobbie Jo didnt give up between her and her husband they talked the insurance company into redoing the estimate come to find out alot of stuff was unnecessary that the previous people estimated it at so the insurance company finally agreed with bobbie Jo and tim. And let me say after that hail damage on my car you would never know it was hammered...read full review
