If there was 0 star rating then this would be the right one to use it for. Highly do not recommend working for these people. Or hiring them. The owner (Preston) treats you like dirt, the son (Cody) who is the head crew leader has an issue assessing properties and communicating with his fellow employees. Also talks negatively about their customers and others behind their backs. Living my day to day life in Lawton, Cody harasses me every time we come across each other at local gas stations. Preston (owner) also harasses me at my own house, my HOME! Extremely unacceptable behavior and very unprofessional! 10/10 worst people I have ever worked for or met in my life. I was willing to give this company a try even though they have a Low rating. I kind of liked their website and what they had to say. My first call for an estimate never got returned and on my terse second call I got a return . I was told by Preston that he would call me the following day after 1to let me know when they would arrive. Never happened and no call or nothing
My advice to the company is to take your website down.You are not living up to the words in your advertisement. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I cannot speak for this company's quality of work; however, I tried to coordinate service for a large pergola requiring adjustment and staining and the contractor never called my rental manager for coordination despite of assuring me that he worked with Pam & Berry for many years. I called him three times and he always had an excuse for why he was not able to move forward with this job.
