It was easy to make my appointment. The staff was prompt and friendly. Dr. Flint listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable about the changes I am experiencing with my eyesight. I have been a patient here for many years and will continue to come back. Great services!
I came from another provider that didn't seem to care much about me. Dr. Head and his staff made me feel like they did. Everyone was extremely friendly and each person I talked to thanked me for choosing them. I personally felt like I was listened to and my needs were taken care of. I will tell everyone I come into contact with about my experience, and recommend this awesome staff of great people.
Dr. Robert Head has a good sense of humor and will try to get to know his patients personally, not just another number. He is very patient and informative with all of my questions while the office staff members are also very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Family Eye Vision to anyone.
