I have been to alot of dentists over the last 40 years in a few different cities and states and Dr Carbone has BY FAR out performed every single one of them! I have been visiting his office for at least six years and this Dr has never, not once disappointed me! He takes my finances into account but more importantly he always makes sure my cosmetic look is absolutely perfect! His new office staff are very friendly and compassionate and I look forward to continuing to be their patient.
I would give dr Cabone and girls that help him a plus ten, I give Lauren up front plus five. However one girl not sure if kami or Tory. She told me I owed so much on 23rd of December for work I had done, I made cherry payment arrangements w tabitha before she left, she told me I could pay after 1st of Jan, I wouldn’t have had work done otherwise, the girl refused to let me talk to Lauren, refused to let me talk to dentist, she was telling me I couldn’t leave without paying. I had such anxiety, so embarrassed in front of other patients out front. She ruined my holidays! I have cancer. I sent email addressed to dentist or Lauren no reply. Dr Carbone and the dental assistants I have dealt with are amazing. Best dental expierece I have had in the chair. I have never had a good expierence with a dentist before seeing him recently.
However trying to get someone in the front office to answer the phone is the worst. Leaving messages MIGHT get you a call back the next business day.
