We walked in with a unique problem. My husband’s laptop had lost the ability to connect to any WiFi network. In fact, the WiFi option wasn’t even available…only option available was “airplane mode. “ Kim Isaac’s ( co-owner) started doing her magic and within 15 minutes had fixed the problem. We were extremely appreciative and asked how much we owed her…were quite willing to pay whatever she asked. Her response was “Nothing. “ So this is our way of saying “THANK YOU KIM…YOU’RE FREAKING ANAZING‼️”

I highly recommend Infinity Computer Services. Reliable and Trustworthy, Kim pinpointed on my computer that Windows was corrupted and one of my hard drives crashed. Repaired and returned quickly with nothing lost, the computer is as good as new. They also have a great engraving service that I have used twice. I’m a confirmed repeat customer!

These folks do great work! Windows had totally shutdown but they got it restarted; removed malware; straightened up several files; and, all in all, sent us home with a computer that once again works well! - which is especially good since this is a computer that originally ran Vista, but is now running Windows 7.
