“The people seem great, but my experience with them is confusing. We now need preauthorization's, which I assume was handled between doctor/provider and Blue Cross. Now there is a middleman who I am guessing never reached out to the Doctor/Provider, so it falls on the patient to manage it. This can be extremely unnerving when you have serious medical issues. I suppose we will get used to.“
