“Initially I saw Dr. Bernie right before he retired! Congratulations! He supported removing my permanent retainers and replacing them with retainers that are removable and can be used to whiten my teeth; thank you ? ?. He made the plan to have that done with a small filling and a cleaning.
Hannah is awesome and made sure that I was comfortable and made sure my retainers were perfect for me. I didn't mind coming back earlier than expected to get new impressions!
Dr. Scott was super nice and gentle, usually there is is some discomfort in a filling but I barely felt it. He made sure that I was good all through the appointment and even afterwards.
Alyssa did an amazing job with my cleaning and I didnt feel like I was being drowned. She was gentle and really happy to talk to especially since she is also from Oregon! I've seen quite a few dentists and dont remember most but Shepard Family Dentistry is one that I don't think I will ever forget cause of how supportive and kind everyone is.
