Edited: I came from out of state and didn't have the opportunity to look at the house before moving in. They never disclosed there was a mouse problem. I walked in and there were mouse traps already set up. They set up a curtesy exterminator since we are within the first 30 days. While I am disappointed that the problem wasn't disclosed prior to move-in, I'm happy with how quickly they handled my complaint.
Me and my family have been renting from Crossroads almost a year. We are extremely happy. Anytime we call about anything, they are very nice, and very prompt with fixing things. I would recommend Crossroads to anyone looking for a nice home to rent. ❤️
