We didn’t end up renting from them but just a heads up if your income isn’t local to Lawton (maybe put this information on the application) DONT apply! We weren’t told about this until after we paid 125$ in the fees they require to apply in which are not refundable. Also every time I called to make sure everything was done correctly Rachael was very rude!

I am out of state and they manage my rental property for me. I don’t have to worry about anything, Valerie does it all. She stays in good contact with me for info exchange and ensures I stay informed.

I consistently have had to call for a status of maintenance requests TWO WEEKS after placing them. This has happened at least six times in two different properties. When repairs finally occur, there is no follow-up and things are left unfinished (see attached photos of holes in drywall, rotted siding, and an usable grage door that can't even close properly to keep mice and wasps out). I'm unsure as to why, but it sucks for my family and I wouldn't want that for yours. I highly recommend that you rent through another property management company.
