I was with this office for 7 years. The past 3 years my taxes have been held up at the IRS for reasons still unknown to me exactly. Then last week I got a letter from the IRS concerning my 2022 taxes ( which Caldwell filed ) saying I owe $5k worth of interest and late fees. When I requested to speak with Chris about the situation I was told that I was being let go as a client.
No meeting, no explanation, just fines and fees that they caused ( because I turned my paperwork in to the CPA on time ) just simply a call saying our business relationship is over.
DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!!

Called three different times to speak to the owner and left three different messages. Each time, no secretary could remember the previous messages and they clearly didn't get to Chris Sr. and if they did, I never even got a call back. I was referred by two highly reputable business firms in the area as well which is sad.

Great service all the way around. I appreciate Chris Jr. And his team as they took great care of me I received the confidence and comfort of excellent, thorough service.
