They are very professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what it all meant. He didn’t try to charge me for things I didn’t need. I will most definitely be using them for all my heating and air conditioning needs!

We have a vacation home on Lake Texoma and had not been there since 4th of July, we invited some friends to come join us for Labor Day weekend and upon arrival we realized both of our AC units were down. The House was extremely hot, we called Mallard and David answered, he told us he was with family but would try to be there by 6pm and he arrived at 4:00 pm. He had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. He had all the parts necessary to fix the problem and thanks to David we were able to enjoy Labor Day weekend with friends on the Lake. Service person always shows up during time designated and I have never has to wait more than 1 day. They are very professional. I have 3 units and they have replaced 1 and serviced and older unit a few times keeping it running for me. Mallard will always be my 1st call.
