Our heat wasn't working right. I didn't want to interrupt anyone's Christmas. Called 8:00 and talked to a very nice young man. He said the tech would call me and let me know time slot. David came at 11nor so. Luckily he was able to clean coil. He said if he knew my husband was confined to bed he would have come Christmas night. This system is old and was so glad it wasn't major. Thank you David and I hope I don't have to, but will call if needed.
