Juan did an excellent job getting our AC back up and running. He was quick to diagnose the problem, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed without wasting any time. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Really appreciated how smooth the whole experience was, especially after dealing with a hot house. I’d definitely recommend Hartzell Heating & Cooling.
Service was very fast made appointment at 7 pm one a Sunday and were at my house at 8:30 the next morning can’t really ask for faster service also had our AC working by 9:00
Juan and his helper arrived and explained what they were going to do and check before they started the repairs. They were both professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They found the problem and explained what they needed to repair so they repaired the problem and checked everything else over to make sure no other problems with the system. After the job was completed they explained everything warranty on everything and double checked it again before leaving. I highly recommend them and Hartzell heat and air for all your ac needs
