Our old Geothermal finally quit working after 34 years & needed replaced. Juan came and gave us a bid later by text. We excepted the bid since it was incredibly hot in June, & he was able to order the Climate Master that week and get it installed timely. Of course it was a BLAZING HOT day to remove the old unit from our upstairs walk in attic & replace with the new unit and new thermostat. But Juan, Tim,& Aaron worked hard to get it done in one day. It immediately started cooling our hot house and working great, which we were very pleased and thankful.

Shelby was so kind and worked quickly to get us help after our AC decided to stop working after hours. Juan arrived in a timely manner and took the time to thoroughly and efficiently diagnose/fix the problem. He did a great job and I am so thankful he was able to get us back up and running! We have used Hartzell's for many years now and every time we get the same pleasant service. I highly recommend them!
Juan came out and diagnosed the issue with my A/C quickly and had the new motor installed in a matter of minutes. Started back up, no noise and stronger output. Even gave me some advice on other things to keep an eye out for. Awesome service
