My last technician Ryan Horn did an incredible job. He problem solved what the other two technicians over looked. He stayed late into the evening, explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, fixed the problems and he was very professional. I just wish their other two technicians would have completed the job correctly the first time. I believe they could learn from Ryan.
We bought a new unit from them over a year ago. Excellent customer service, very professional and we loved the lower cost on our utility bill, until last night. The unit froze up, and we sent them a text late last night, this morning, by 8, they called and said they would be here this morning.
Around 9, Ryan Horn showed up and had us up and running in no time. Very happy with the quality, customer service and friendly response.
We couldn’t ask for anything more and will continue to refer them.
