We called Blue Water Pools for a quote on pool remodeling. We loved the owner who came out. He was creative and had neat ideas. We stopped getting quotes on the work because we felt confident that we would choose this company.Unfortunately, we never heard from Blue Water again even though we followed up and left a message. It is fine to determine that a job is not a right fit for your business, but it would be better to letting the people who are waiting know what is going on.Ultimately, they seem like a great company to remodel a pool, but maybe communication could be improved.
