I was unfamiliar with the insurance of getting our storm damaged roof repaired, but our agent Ira James handled the process for us in a professional way, and he was able to get a full roof replacement for the damage we had. He would always get back to us and pick up immediately if we had any questions. When there were any surprises, the repair team kept in touch with us, and did a fantastic cleanup.

This is the second time our family has called upon Ira James, Project Manager, and his incredible staff. No one else would do the job and not only did Mr. James and his team take on the project, they did so quickly, and with great respect and integrity. The new roof is beautifully done and working with Ira has been an exceptionally positive experience. I highly recommend him and his crew.

Area Project Manager Ira James went over & beyond what many would have done to make sure the job was completed correctly,, on time, and within the budget. He knows many of the insurance adjusters and is experienced enough to talk their language and provide the information they need.
