Service on 1/26/26 after lots of snow and single digit temps. My furnace stopped working at some point in the night, in the morning I called a few places and no one had availability until the next day. Cool Enterprises was able to get techs to my place that same day and got my heat back up and running in no time. Brydon and Cole were my techs and they were great, very friendly and professional! I highly recommend Cool Enterprises and would definitely use their services in the future!
Cool Enterprises is a A+++. That includes service technicians, communication, expertise in their field, costs, and head and head and shoulders above the majority of service firms. Recommend them to anybody. You will not be disappointed.

Was using another company that I suspected was trying to use scare tactics to upsell a brand new AC unit we didnt need. Called Cool Enterprises for a second opinion. Im glad I did because it turned out the unit was fine and the fix was simple and much much less expensive than other company suggested. Using Cool Enterprises from now on for HVAC needs. Highly recommend them..trustworthy and dependable.
