This is the first time I can say - I enjoyed going to the Dentist!
Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable! I experienced very little pain during the procedures and the cleaning! Thank you to everyone in the office!!

I’ve gone to Dr. Denningtons faithfully for 3 years now. However, this past Friday, I went in for a teeth cleaning. Mary (the tech) broke the bottom retainer off my tooth while flossing. Pure negligence. Instead of apologizing, she lied to Dr Dennington when he came in to check, and told him it was “already loose”. Then they immediately disappeared to lunch instead of discussing it with me. It was 100% not loose. She made a mistake, and is not adult enough to own up to it. They then tried to charge me $400 to fix something that the negligent dental tech broke. NOT MY EXPERIENCE review is written by my better half.

OVERPRICE-OVER CHARGED
1. Had to use my credit card to pay total cost in full for fees services and procedures upfront.
2. If they filed on my insurance (state health choice) and received payment. I was never informed or had any funds returned.
3. Didn’t offer protective eye glasses to wear while doing my caps.
4. I mentioned that the drillings were flying into my eyes.
5. Debris from the temporary caps flew into my eyes, causing an infection which required optometrist care.
5. While working he spent more time chatting with his assistants than paying attention to what was going on.
