Chris was very kind and professional. The AC went out at my mother's house yesterday. She takes many heart medications, is disabled, and I told him I was worried about her with it being so hot. Within 20 minutes of my call he had someone heading over to look at it. He spent some time teaching me a little about what they would be checking for etc. They came, looked, got the part, and fixed it all within a few hours. My mother was ecstatic and I was happy I could stop worrying about her while I was at work. Very prompt and completely professional. Welch's was recommended by a friend. So glad I called them! Up and running same day. Very reasonable. Would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Awesome and amazing people to deal with. They went above and beyond to get our AC system replaced during the heatwave this past summer. They stayed as late as it took to get the job done so Dad didn't have to deal with another day in the heat. A phenomenal group of people from Chris down. I can't say enough good about them.
