Receptionist were polite; that deserves atleast a star. Healthcare in this areas is so completely inadequate its mind boggling. I went for my mental health being that I just moved here (I had excellent care from my previous dr in a different state) and was already diagnosed by a reputable dr so i assumed this would be pretty simple. Arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and was finally seen 50 minutes after my appointments scheduled time. Its a small room and yes the dr visit was a tablet(if i was informed of that i would have went elsewhere but i waited weeks and was in a super bad state of mind, literally i felt hopeless with no other option). We did not have a good experience here. For one, the psychiatrist was on an iPad, not in person. We were placed in a room the size of a closet with an iPad in front of our faces. The first psychiatrist we talked to was very cut and dry and didn’t have any emotion. When we asked for a second opinion, she asked us to wait and she would connect us with another psychiatrist from Amarillo. Ten minutes later we received another FaceTime call from someone in Amarillo. She did not act happy about taking the call, and when she asked where the previous psychiatrist was, we explained she had been on FaceTime as well. Unfortunately as this clinic cannot seem to abide by their own policies yet expect you to I would 10/10 not recommend they aren't stupid they are pretty much the only sliding scale clinic within over an hour to alot of rural places so they figure theyll keep doing what they want because people don't have as many options. can't be seen for being 12 minutes late after driving over an hour in terrible weather and getting stuck behind the train then telling me they can reschedule after they already NEVER call back though their policy is within 48 hours calling gets you no where driving an hour there only got me an appointment for over a week later then it seems we should...read full review
