Growing up on my family farm, my Dad and Grandfather always talked highly of their attorney, Larry Field. After the passing of my parents, their will/trust did not have the mineral rights deeded, requiring the estate to go through probate. Cory researched all the basic information I had, finding the various land deeds, and then represented us during all the estate petitions in court; including the Final Decree and Deed transfer!
